According to google reader I’m subscribed to over 300 RSS feeds.. below are some of my favorite feeds in each category:

Cake:
cakewrecks.blogspot.com/ – proving that “You can do no wrong with cakes” is a lie

dcist.com -don’t keep up with this one very well, but it often has some nifty nuggets

Dreamhost:
dreamhost blog (official and unofficial), status, discussion – if you don’t use dreamhost, you prolly don’t care

arstechnica.com/gaming.ars – only watching Ars Technica’s game feed now a days
Gov:
change.gov – watching the new administration take shape
